Quality Conformation
All the springs are manufactured using best quality steel wire - GRII & GRIII, IS 4454 German standard, inconel, nichrome & stainless steel 304, 316 and other material. The selection of material is done on the basis of guidelines cited in our Quality Management System. This system has been certified with ISO 9001:2008. The material sourced by us is thoroughly inspected and used to manufacture a wide range of Compression Springs, Torsion Springs and other different Springs. Throughout the processes, supervision of engineers and quality analysts is there, that eliminates any chance of quality degradation. Apart from carrying out inspections at our end, we also do load testing on the end products. Further, T.C. Report of material can be provided to client, if he / she asks for it.

Vast and well equipped plants in Ghatkopar Naryan Nagar (Mumbai) & Satara (Pune) are the foundation of our business. These plants are integrated with modern machinery and equipment that are branded and world class. Heat treatment furnaces are also incorporated in these plants that allows us to ensure suitable production process. Also, we have facilities for Zinc Plating, Yellow Plating, Hard Chrome Plating, Nickel Plating and Black Oxide Plating.
